In a large bowl, sift the wheat and sugar. Add the other dry ingredients. Reserve
Peel the apples and cut into cubes (reserve the peels)
In a blender, add the shells, eggs and oil.
Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients, mix well.
Add the chopped apples, stir until well incorporated. It gets a thicker dough, but after roasting it gets super wet
Unite a shape with margarine and sugar, pour the dough and bake in a preheated medium oven until golden, and when testing the knife, it comes out clean.
