- Wheat flour11/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Peel the apple, chop the rest and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the apple peel, oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence
- In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, add the blender mixture, throw in the apple pieces, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Place in greased shape and bake at 200°C for 30 min.
