Peel the apples in half moon and thin. Reserve.
Beat the eggs, sugar and cinnamon by hand and then add the oil and warm milk.
Pass the flour through a sieve and stir.
Add the yeast and mix.
Add the apples and mix.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Put the dough in the mold and sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven.
When it's golden on top, it's ready!
