Salt1/2 coffee spoon
Vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon
Butter2 tablespoon
Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
Strawberries300 g
Sugar2 tablespoon
Lemon1/2 unit(s)

Making American Pancakes: Add the ingredients in the blender except the baking powder, and blend for approximately 3 minutes.
Then add the chemical baking powder.
In a non-stick frying pan put 1/2 tablespoon of butter and with a ladle put some of the dough, when it has bubbles on the edges it's time to turn.
Then assemble a tower of pancakes and distribute the strawberry jam.
Strawberry Jam: In a pan, place the strawberries, sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon
Mix all the ingredients
On medium heat, cook for approximately 13 minutes.
Turn off the fire.
The jelly is ready.
