Em uma tigela bata o ovo levemente e junte o leite a manteiga e o açúcar .
Adicione a farinha de trigo e o fermento e o sal.
Note que vai fica um pouco espessa, que é normal para esse tipo de panqueca .
Em uma frigideira antiaderente untata com manteiga e vá colocando com a ajuda de uma concha pra ela ficar redondinha. Frite em fogo baixo ela frita super rápido cuidado para não queimar.

Dica: eu servi com geleia de morangos, morangos em pedaços e uvas pretas.
Mais pode ser servida com mel, banana,outras geleias e Nutella.
