- Oil1 tablespoon
- Break the egg, place it in a bowl and beat with a whisk, add the sifted flour, milk, sugar, vanilla and oil. Mix everything and add the yeast.
- Grease a frying pan with a little butter, let it heat up. With a ladle take the dough and put it in the already heated skillet. Let it brown on one side, turn the pancake and finish the other side.
- Stuff to your liking or use honey.
