- 1 carton of liquid milk1 unit(s)

- 500 grams of sugar500 g

- Choose a deep pan.
- Put the sugar in the pan. When it starts to caramelize, pour in all the liquid milk.
- Wait a while until it starts to bubble (can't boil, just start bubbling).
- Add the eggs and half of the lemon. With a whisk, stir very lightly. I didn't stir hard or fast. Stir just to break the eggs and mix it with the other ingredients.
- Stop moving. Let it cook. Occasionally, stir gently to curdle the milk.
- Add the cloves, stir once more. Wait for the broth to dry a little. But don't let it dry all over. Because when it goes in the fridge, it dries up a lot.
- Place in the fridge and serve whenever you like.
