Crush the wafer and mix with the melted butter, line a baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes.
Mix the pot of dulce de leche with half a box of the cream and the pecan nut or any type of nut of your choice.
Prepare your ganache, melt your chocolate, mix with the cream and beat in the mixer or with a whisk until well aerated, fill the candy and sprinkle crushed biscuits (I used a cookie, but it can be your preference) or chocolate shavings or even chestnuts. Let it rest for about 1 hour and serve chilled.
