1 1/2 cup passion fruit300 ml
1 cup passion fruit juice200 ml
Eggs4 unit(s)
1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
3/4 cup oil150 ml
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour350 g
1 spoon (dopa) of baking powder14 g
1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
1 cup passion fruit juice200 ml
1 cup sour cream200 g

In the blender place the eggs, sugar, passion fruit, oil, passion fruit juice and beat very well for approximately 3 minutes.
In a bowl place the wheat flour, add the beaten liquid and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Add the baking powder and mix gently just until incorporated.
Grease a rectangular shape with butter or margarine, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
For the topping, mix the condensed milk, the cream and the passion fruit juice until smooth.
With the cake cold, make holes with a toothpick and pour the frosting. Let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Decorate with white chocolate shavings and serve.
