- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Chopped semisweet chocolate300 g
- Beat the cream, the dulce de leche, the vanilla essence and the cocoa powder in the mixer for 5 minutes;
- Add the melted chocolate and beat for another 2 minutes;
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
