Dulce de leche

Coloque o chocolate no bol e leve para derreter em banho Maria 

Place the chocolate in the bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.

Retire do banho Maria e adicione o creme de leite em temperatura ambiente

Remove from the bain-marie and add the cream at room temperature

Adicione o doce de leite( em temperatura ambiente) e misture até incorporar todos os ingredientes

Add the dulce de leche (at room temperature) and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Deixe esfriar por no mínimo 6 horas para rechear bolos.

Let cool for at least 6 hours to fill cakes.
