- Almond Flour40 g
- Wheat Flour100 g
- Sugar30 g
- Butter75 g
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- Icing sugar100 g
- Mix all the ingredients, except the icing sugar, forming a broken dough, if you need more liquid, use a little ice water. Mix well.
- Form a cake without kneading too much. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then stretch on 1 cm thick film and cut with a cutter and bake in a pan with parchment paper at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden. After roasting, sprinkle with icing sugar. Tip: You can also put 10 ml of Almond Liqueur in the dough preparation.
