  • condensed milk | 395 g
  • Chocolate 60% cocoa | 50 g
  • Unsalted butter | 1 dessert spoon
  • Roasted Almonds | 20 unit(s)
  • Flaked almonds |  to taste


  1. In a pan, add condensed milk, chocolate and butter.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until it starts to curl.
  3. Transfer to a plate, let cool and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before rolling.
  4. In a non-stick frying pan, toast the sliced almonds until lightly golden. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely.
  5. After the brigadeiro is well chilled, grease your hands with butter, make the balls, fill each brigadeiro with 1 almond and shape the sweetie.
  6. Engage it in laminated almonds and they're ready!
