Ingredients
- condensed milk | 395 g
- Chocolate 60% cocoa | 50 g
- Unsalted butter | 1 dessert spoon
- Roasted Almonds | 20 unit(s)
- Flaked almonds | to taste
Recipe
- In a pan, add condensed milk, chocolate and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until it starts to curl.
- Transfer to a plate, let cool and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before rolling.
- In a non-stick frying pan, toast the sliced almonds until lightly golden. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely.
- After the brigadeiro is well chilled, grease your hands with butter, make the balls, fill each brigadeiro with 1 almond and shape the sweetie.
- Engage it in laminated almonds and they're ready!
