  • Milk1 can(s)
  • Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Unflavored gelatin2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Whey-free cream1 can(s)
  • Egg whites2 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. In the blender, beat the corn with the milk and then sieve it, then put it in a pan along with the yolks and sugar, bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (it has the consistency of a soft porridge) and wait for it to cool.
  2. Take the unflavored gelatin, and throw it directly over the porridge, pouring it like rain and always stirring so that it completely dissolves.
  3. Then take this dough to another container and put the condensed milk and the cream, mixing very well.
  4. Soon after the whites in point of snow, incorporate them very well over all the mixture made previously.
  5. Grease a pudding mold or platter with margarine and cinnamon powder and pour the mixture over it.
  6. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours until firm.
  7. Serve right away!😋
