- almond flour1 cup
- sugar2 tablespoon
- coconut milk2 tablespoon
- cake yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Mix everything in the blender so that the oil from the almonds will be released, helping to combine (the dough is very wet)
- I added a homemade blackberry jam to complement it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown. let it cool before eating (it will be crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside).
