- Chocolate powder 50%1 cup
- boiling water1 cup
- Baking powder2 dessert spoon
- For the ganache: milk chocolate200 g
- For the ganache: sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cocoa Nibes100 g
- Mix dry ingredients, add eggs and oil. After forming a homogeneous mass, add boiling water, put the yeast and mix, pour in a greased shape with a hole or your preference of 30 cm and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 45 min.
- Ganache: take the chocolate to milk to melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie, then pour the cream into the melted chocolate and mix, with the cake ready and cold, throw the ganache on top and decorate with the cocoa nibes.
