1 cup of flour

1 cup cornmeal

3 eggs

Bata todos os ingredientes Líquidos na batedeira, depois de batido por aproximadamente 5 minutos acrescente a  farinha e o fubá peneirados bata por mais 5 minutos por último acrescente o fermento e bata por mais 2 minutos!
Forno pré aquecido a 240 graus, isso pode variar de forno, o ideal é que seja fogo alto !

O copo pode ser o de sua escolha, o que vai mudar é apenas o tamanho do bolo, copo pequeno bolo pequeno, 
Use o mesmo copo para medir todos os ingredientes!
