Mix all ingredients in a blender
Place in a caramelized form and take it to the high oven, preheated in a bain-marie until a toothpick inserted comes out clean (this will vary from oven to oven, mine was 1 hour in the oven).
Let it cool and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, if you can leave it overnight this will make it more consistent and tasty.
Disinform and serve next
