Ingredients
- Noble milk or semisweet chocolate | 300 g
- Sour cream | 2 unit(s)
- Margarine / unsalted butter | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Chop the chocolate and blend the pieces in a blender. In a refractory heat the cream and pour the chocolate.
- Beat until well incorporated, add the butter with the cream still beating, beat for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the mousse into cups or the desired container and refrigerate.
