- Natural Yogurt (I used skimmed) | 160 g
Recipe
- In a platter, mix the condensed milk and natural yogurt until a homogeneous and full-bodied mass is formed.
- If you prefer, you can make a syrup for your pudding using only sugar and taking it to the stove to caramelize, preheat the oven at high temperature to 200°
- Place the dough in a pudding mold and bake in a bain-marie for 60 minutes at 180°.
- Insert a toothpick to see if the dough is already baked, if it comes out clean your pudding is ready.
- Unmold and refrigerate until serving time, indicating that it stays in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
