  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Natural yogurt | 2 tablespoon
  • Coconut grated coarsely grated | 3 tablespoon
  • Peanut Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla flavored whey protein | 1 tablespoon
  • Almond flour | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg until foamy (with a fork or fouet)
  2. Add the plain yogurt and beat again.
  3. Add the almond flour, 2 tablespoons of the grated coconut and beat well.
  4. Place in a small high refractory (no need to grease)
  5. Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  6. Allow to cool completely and unmold.
  7. Make the syrup by mixing the peanut butter with whey protein
  8. Cover the cupcake with this protein syrup
  9. Put 1 tablespoon of the natural grated coconut on top
  10. Ready 😋 great snack or pre workout option 💪
