D.Benta lemon flavor cake dough box. (You can use the brand of your preference, let it be lemon flavor).

Natural yogurt

Oil (I used the yogurt cup for measuring).

Eggs

Lemon flavored gelatin

Chemical Yeast

FOR THE TOPPING - Can of condensed milk

Lemon juice

Lemon zest for garnish

"LEMON CAKE" with ready dough.

PREPARO do BOLO

1• No liquidificador coloque o iogurte, os ovos e o óleo.
2• Acrescente a gelatina e a massa pronta para bolo e bata bem.
3• Acrescente o fermento e bata só um pouco até misturar todos os ingredientes. 
4• Coloque em uma forma untada com margarina e polvilhada com trigo.
5• Leve para assar em forno médio, pré-aquecido por 30 min ( 15 min no alto e 15 min no meio-alto). 

CAKE PREPARATION

1• Place the yogurt, eggs and oil in a blender.
2• Add the gelatin and the ready-made cake batter and mix well.
3• Add the yeast and beat just a little until all the ingredients are mixed.
4• Place in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with wheat.
5• Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 min (15 min on high and 15 min on medium-high).

PREPARO  da COBERTURA 

1• Raspe os limões e reserve.
2• Em uma vasilha, misture bem o leite condensado com o suco dos limões.
3• Cubra o bolo com a cobertura.
4• Polvilhe com as raspas dos limões.

COVERAGE PREPARATION

1• Scrape the lemons and set aside.
2• In a bowl, mix the condensed milk well with the lemon juice.
3• Cover the cake with the icing.
4• Sprinkle with lemon zest.

"LEMON CAKE" with ready dough.
