Ingredients

  • large chopped carrots | 2 unit(s)
  • wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Oil | 3/4 unit(s)
  • Dark chocolate | 300 g
  • Sour cream | 200 g

Recipe

  1. In the blender, beat the oil with the chopped carrots and gradually add the eggs. Beat well and add the sugar and beat some more.
  2. In a bowl, place the sifted wheat flour, the yeast and add and beat gradually with the help of a fouet until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Grease a mold with oil and flour it with wheat. Pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180° until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. To cover, place the chopped chocolate in a glass container and microwave every 5 seconds, stirring until the chocolate dissolves. Add the cream and mix well.
  5. Unmold the warm cake and cover with the icing.
