- In a blender, beat the eggs with the oil, sugar and carrots until creamy. Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour and yeast. Pour into greased and floured pudding mold. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until golden. Let cool. Melt the chocolate with the cream until smooth and cover the cake.
