Large pineapple

Descasque o abacaxi e bata no liquidificador retire o suco.

Peel the pineapple and hit the blender remove the juice.

Adicione o açúcar e leve ao fogo,fazendo uma calda em pasta.

Add the sugar and bring to a boil, making a paste.

Bata os ovos e misture a calda ainda morna passando tudo em uma peneira 

Beat the eggs and mix the still warm syrup, passing everything through a sieve.

Coloque em forma untada com açúcar queimado e cozinhe em banho maria

Place in a greased shape with burnt sugar and cook in a bain-marie.
