- Margarine200 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Milk200 ml
- Wheat flour400 g
- Chemical Yeast15 g
- Nut essence6 g
- Ground walnuts100 g
- fondan for topping (optional)100 g
- Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs in the mixer until it becomes a fluffy dough, then gradually add the sifted wheat flour and milk, and mix with a whisk, finally add the baking powder, the essence and the walnuts, grease a 22cm central hole shape and bake for +/- 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Optional topping of industrialized fondan and garnish with some walnuts
