  • Sugar350 g
  • Margarine200 g
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Chemical Yeast15 g
  • Nut essence6 g
  • Ground walnuts100 g
  • fondan for topping (optional)100 g
  1. Beat the sugar, margarine and eggs in the mixer until it becomes a fluffy dough, then gradually add the sifted wheat flour and milk, and mix with a whisk, finally add the baking powder, the essence and the walnuts, grease a 22cm central hole shape and bake for +/- 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Optional topping of industrialized fondan and garnish with some walnuts
