  • Cups of desiccated desiccated coconut1 unit(s)
  • Butter100 g
  • Glass of milk1 unit(s)
  • Cup of sugar1 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks in a mixer until creamy. Add cassava, coconut and milk. Stir with a spoon. Gently mix the yeast and the egg whites.
  2. Put the mixture in a caramelized pudding mold. Take to medium oven, 200°, for 50 minutes, or until the dough is very dry. Brown the top. Develop while still hot
  3. And serve.
