  • Cleaned and chopped carrots300 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil200 ml
  • Refined sugar360 g
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Baking powder8 g
  1. Turn on the oven to ensure preheat to 180 degrees
  2. Grease and flour a cake tin.
  3. Blend the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Place in a bowl and add the sifted flour and yeast. Mix.
  5. Bake at 180˚C for about 30 minutes, if you prefer ramekins, like I do; approximately 50 minutes if you prefer a single large pan or until your toothpick comes out clean from inside the cake.
