- Oil3/4 cup
- Milk3/4 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chocolate or Chocolate Powder3/4 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Pinch of Salt1 unit(s)
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, milk and oil in a blender and mix. If you don't have a blender, you can also make the dough by mixing it in a bowl with a spatula.
- Add the sugar (if you use 50% cocoa powder chocolate you can increase the amount of sugar to 1.5 cup). Add the chocolate or chocolate powder. Add the wheat little by little and mix. Add the pinch of salt. Beat the dough well until smooth.
- Add the chemical yeast and mix the dough with the help of a spoon or spatula.
- Put the dough in an already greased shape (with oil, butter or margarine). Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, time may vary depending on the oven. Do the test by sticking a toothpick or fork in the cake, if it is well baked it will come out clean, without dough sticking.
- Wait for it to cool before unmolding to prevent it from breaking. And it's done!
