Cornmeal mimoso02 cup
Wheat flour01 cup
Sugar02 cup
Oil3/4 cup
Milk01 cup
Eggs02 unit(s)
Baking powder01 tablespoon
Baking soda1/2 teaspoon

Beat the milk, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender.
Place the blender mixture in a container and add the cornmeal, wheat flour and mix well.
Then add the yeast and bicarbonate of soda and mix carefully.
Put the cake dough in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with cornmeal.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
