  • Eggs3 unit(s)

  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Grate or cut the carrot into small pieces
  2. Beat the carrot, eggs, oil, sugar, beat well so that the carrot is well beaten
  3. Pour the mixture you have beaten into a bowl and add two cups of wheat flour and beat well with a fouet or spoon.
  4. Add the baking powder and mix well
  5. Grease a mold with margarine and pour the dough
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  7. Chocolate syrup: 1 box of milk cream, 1 spoon of margarine and 5 of chocolate milk of your choice
  8. Just put it in a pan and bring it to the fire stirring until it thickens.
  9. Decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkles
