- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
- Warm water1 cup
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Sea salt to taste
- Brown flaxseed1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water.
- Add the oil and 1 cup of the wheat and mix with a spoon.
- Add the salt, flaxseed and the rest of the wheat gradually.
- Mix with your hands until the dough is homogeneous.
- Knead well, form a ball and let it rest in a covered container for 30 minutes to rise.
- After that time, roll out dough with a rolling pin and shape your pizzas.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
- Fill with the flavor of your preference and return to the oven at 200ÂșC to finish.
