Frozen sour cream

No liquidificador coloque o creme de leite o limão e o sal

In a blender place the cream, lemon and salt.

Comece a bater e vá adicionando o óleo aos poucos até obter a consistência desejada

Start beating and add the oil little by little until you get the desired consistency.

Por último coloque o cheiro verde picado e o orégano e bata mais ou pouco (se quiser pode por um dentinho de alho, é opcional)

Finally, add the chopped green smell and oregano and beat more or a little (if you want, you can add a clove of garlic, it's optional)

Coloque em potinhos ou bisnagas e aproveite! 
(Manter na geladeira)

Put it in jars or tubes and enjoy!
