- Season the meat with garlic, salt, seasonings to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the lightly beaten egg, onion, oatmeal, parsley, carrot and chia
- Let rest for 5 minutes
- If it's still sticking to your hands, slowly add the oatmeal.
- Shape the hamburgers and with your finger, press the middle. This way, it prevents the meat from shrinking too much when frying or roasting.
- Freeze by separating with plastic.
- Fry with a drizzle of olive oil or bake in a medium oven or airfryer until golden.
