Em uma bacia, misture todos os ingredientes,acrescente o leite ou a água até dar o ponto da massa de desgrudar das mãos. Após sovar a massa, por bastante tempo até começar a estourar bolhas. Pré aqueça o forno. Desligue e deixe a massa descansar até dobrar de tamanho.


In a basin, mix all the ingredients, add the milk or water until the dough comes off the hands. After kneading the dough, for a long time until bubbles begin to burst. Pre heat the oven. Turn off and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.


Depois sovar mais um pouco, e modela como vocês preferir,deixar  crescer mais um pouco.
Colocar no forno para assar por aproximadamente  30/35minutos.

Espere esfriar e sirva.

Then knead a little more, and model as you prefer, let it grow a little more.
Place in the oven to bake for approximately 30/35 minutes.
