- In a pan, place the water, cornmeal, salt and bring to the fire, stirring constantly.
- When the dough is coming off the pan, turn off the heat.
- Put the mixture in a container and add the sprinkle, kneading the dough.
- After well kneaded, take small portions and make rolls.
- In a pan, put a lot of water and put the rolls to cook.
- When the rolls rise to the surface, it's time to take them out of the water.
- Let the rolls drain on a paper towel.
- Place the rolls in the fridge and leave for at least 12 hours.
- After 12 hours, remove the rolls from the fridge and cut small slices to form the snacks.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet, leaving them evenly distributed and place them in the sun to dry them.
- Repeat the process until the chips are translucent, which may take a few days.
- Fry the chips in very hot oil and place on a paper towel to drain.
- Place the snacks in a container, with the seasoning powder.
- Stir very well so that the seasoning adheres to all the snacks.
