- White wine100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Lemon paper to taste
- White sesame to taste
- Black sesame to taste
- As soon as the salmon is already in slices, add the white wine and add the salt with the lemon pepper.
- The wine helps the salmon not to release water because of the salt. I season about 2 hours before.
- I particularly like to roast the salmon, but you can sear it in the skillet. In a triangular container add the two sesame seeds.
- Pass the salmon slices through the sesame crust and raise to bake at 180° for about 20 minutes. It will depend on the temperature of your oven.
- I served this salmon with leek risotto, but you can serve it with some vegetables such as: broccoli, peas, boiled potatoes, etc...
