- Black pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste

- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Add salt, black pepper, thyme, Sicilian lemon and let it rest
- Finely slice the onion and tomato making a bed in the bottom of a refractory
- Cut the potato in a canoe and place it on the bed in step two
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the garlic
- Place the dogfish steaks in the refractory where the potatoes are already
- Place the sliced garlic and cherry tomatoes on top of the dogfish steaks.
- Drizzle the dogfish and potatoes with olive oil, throwing the rest of the seasonings on top and put them in the oven until they are cooked to your liking.
