- Egg2 unit(s)
- Cabbage1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Red Cabbage1 unit(s)
- Shoyo to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Chives to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut half of the carrot and cabbage into thin strips. Put it to braise together with broccoli and a little salt for 15 minutes.
- With a grater, grate the remaining carrots and cabbage. Season with soy sauce to taste, a little salt and chives. Reserve.
- For the salmon, put a little olive oil in a frying pan, when it is hot, place the salmon and grill it on both sides.
- Fry the egg in a frying pan, without stirring and with a little oil. Season with salt to taste.
- Place the portions on a plate, sprinkle the chives on top and enjoy.
