- Puff pastry500 g
- Mushroom300 g
- Cooking cream150 ml
- Cheese200 g
- Butter40 g
- Olive oil10 ml
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Roll the puff pastry into a roll. We cut it into equal pieces.
- We shape baskets. Prepare the filling by frying the mushrooms in butter, to which we add a little oil so that the butter does not burn.
- Fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes over moderate heat.
- Put the cream and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Finally, add the grated cheese and leave for 1 minute on low heat.
- After the filling has cooled, fill the baskets. Spread them with beaten egg yolk. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
