  • Oil for frying400 ml
  • Salt to taste1 g
  • Rosemary to taste (optional)1 teaspoon
  1. Cut the potatoes in 4, without peeling.
  2. In a pot of sufficient size so that it does not spill, add water at room temperature and the potatoes for cooking, pre-cook the potatoes until you can pierce them with the fork.
  3. Turn off the heat, drain the water and reserve them. No washing with cold water, just drain.
  4. In another medium pan, heat the oil, with it already hot, add the potatoes little by little until golden, do not put them all at once so they don't get cold.
  5. Once fried, add august salt, rosemary or the herb of your choice and serve.
  6. PS.: Serves up to 3 people. Once ready, serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
