- Large Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream (white sauce)1 can(s)
- Milk (white sauce)2 cup
- Margarine (white sauce)2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour (white sauce)3 tablespoon
- Fried Bacon1 cup
- Cut the potatoes into slices and cook until soft. You cannot dismantle.
- Spread part of the potatoes on a baking sheet and set aside.
- For the white sauce, place the wheat flour and margarine in a pan and mix well until completely dissolved.
- Add the milk all at once and mix until thickened.
- Put the cream of milk, mix and hit the salt.
- Pour part of the sauce over the potatoes and spread some fried bacon on top.
- Place another layer of potatoes, another layer of white sauce and lastly place the bacon.
- Finish with grated parmesan cheese and take it to gratin.
