- Cassava Flour1 cup
- Cabbage leaf cut into thin strips3 unit(s)
- Diced Bacon1/4 cup
- Lightly beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Chopped white onion1/3 cup
- Smoked paprika1 dessert spoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and butter and add the bacon and onion and fry well.
- Add the paprika and mix. Add the kale and toss until wilted.
- Add the egg and salt and mix until it starts to cook.
- Add pepper and flour. Stir over low heat, toasting the flour well.
- Adjust salt and transfer to another container. Let cool.
