- Black pepper to taste
- Fry the onions cut into half moons and the carrot in olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, sauté well until the onion is caramelized.
- Add the chopped garlic cloves and butter and let it sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped cabbage and when it wilts add the cassava flour and chopped boiled eggs. Adjust the salt and serve warm.
