- Potato cut into sticks500 mg
- Salt to taste
- Corn starch to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. If you prefer, you can also use those that are already frozen and cut.
- Put them in a pot with very cold water and wait 10 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them well with a paper towel or clean dish towel.
- With them already dry, transfer to a larger bowl and throw in a little cornstarch, enough to be able to “bread” them all.
- Fry in very hot oil.
- Enjoy your fries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
