- Cooked rice4 cup
- Minced ham150 g
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Sliced mozzarella for gratin150 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Grated carrot (small)1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Sour cream (box)1/2 unit(s)
- Milk3/4 cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese (fresh) to taste
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- In a bowl, add the rice, ham, finely chopped cheese, grated carrot and can of corn. Season with salt, black pepper and the green smell. Reserve.
- In another container, add the eggs, milk, curd, cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well!
- Add the cream we made to the rice and incorporate well.
- In a serving dish (that can go in the oven), add all the mixture and cover with the slices of mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. As the ovens are different, it is worth sticking a toothpick to see if the liquid has dried.
