- Pepperoni200 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon

- Dry seasoning to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rice2 cup
- Coriander to taste
- In a pan, scald the jerky, already in pieces, then add the pepperoni in pieces, the chopped onion, dry seasoning, pepper, garlic and sauté with olive oil.
- Put the raw rice, add water to cover and let it cook with the meats under pressure for 5 minutes
- Put the beans to cook and when it is a little soft, add it to the meat and let it finish cooking.
- Finally, add the chopped cheese and finish with the cilantro.
