- Beat the eggs, milk, oil in a blender for two minutes.
- Gradually add the wheat flour and salt, beat until obtaining a homogeneous mass, finally the yeast.
- In a pan, refolge the grated pepperoni with the rest of the ingredients for the stuffing, you can add more seasonings to taste. After turning off the heat, stir in the cheese.
- Put half of the beaten dough and the stuffing and finish with the rest of the dough until it covers.
- Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
