- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- To make the pie crust, put all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender, except for the yeast.
- Beat well until a homogeneous mass is formed and mix the yeast with a spatula.
- Put half of the dough in a greased shape with margarine and flour.
- Then add the stuffing you prefer on top of the dough.
- Fold the rest of the dough over the filling.
- Gradually spread the cottage cheese over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes.
