- Cassava flour1/2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Beans500 g
- In a pan, put the oil, and fry the bacon and sausage, separately.
- Reserve.
- In the same pan, fry the garlic, onion and add, the drained beans and the bacon broth.
- Then, add the sausage and bacon that were reserved and add the manioc flour and the chopped fried eggs.
- Note: the more green scent you use, the tastier it gets.
- Adjust the amount of salt and pepper and it's ready to serve.
